essential oil I just finished reading an article about rosemary essential oil and learned it has tremendous benefits for the skin and hair. Then I decided I'd see if I could make it myself because I have a huge hedge of rosemary in the backyard that I'd love to use to make essential oils and I learned that I have everything I need to make the essential oil right now. The only fly in the ointment is that it takes a month for the oils to seep into the carrier oil which can be jojoba or sesame. I'm going to make some this afternoon, but in the meantime, I'm ordering a bottle of rosemary essential oil online so I can get started with my hair and skin conditioning next week.

Our spring and summer weather is exceedingly dry and I spend lots of time in the pool, so I need something that will moisturize my hair, scalp, and skin. The advice I read online was to test a patch of skin to make sure that the rosemary essential oil isn't too strong. I will heed this advice because I have sensitive skin. All in all, I'm excited about getting a commercial rosemary essential oil and comparing it to my homemade version in a month or so.
