There are so many ways that one can easily harness the power of Mother Nature these days by using the essential oils that you can easily find online for great bargains and applying them to daily ailments. For me, I get really dried and cracked feet during the winter time. I am a desert dweller by nature, so when the winter occurs, even though it can be rather mild by comparison in Arizona – to other states – my poor feet require the care of essential oils to save them from getting cracked and nasty. I have learned some simple tricks by using affordable essential oils that I order online and adding them to some water in spray bottles to really make my feet heal quickly and fend off the harshness that the cold weather in Arizona can cause to my poor heels. All I do is use moisturizing essential oils and dilute them with water, and them make sure that I apply it to my feet several times per day. I have realized that this easily fends off the winter weather and keeps the skin supple, vibrant and pristine!
